The Allen County Clerk of Courts is a complex organization that serves the statutory duties relative to the filing, preservation, retrieval and public dissemination of all documents and records pertaining to the Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division and the Third District Court of Appeals.  Our office also offers a wide variety of services pertaining to the Auto Title Division, including titling of motor vehicles.

  • COVID Protocol

    While the Clerk of Courts’ office hours  have remained in place throughout the pandemic (M-F 8:00 to 4:30), we have taken strides to make most of our services contact free.  Mail-in and fax filings are always accepted and we have placed a drop box at the entrance of the Courthouse that is checked throughout the day.

    Payments can be made here on our website (MAKE A PAYMENT tab above)  or by calling 1-855-895-8062.   (Checks and money orders can be mailed or placed in the drop box at the entrance of the Courthouse.)

    Lien Releases can be made over the phone or by mail.
