COVID Protocol

While the Clerk of Courts’ office hours  have remained in place throughout the pandemic (M-F 8:00 to 4:30), we have taken strides to make most of our services contact free.  Mail-in and fax filings are always accepted and we have placed a drop box at the entrance of the Courthouse that is checked throughout the day.

Records Requests can be made by emailing this form:  Records Request form to recordsrequest@allencountyohio.com

Payments can be made here on our website (MAKE A PAYMENT tab above)  or by calling 1-855-895-8062.   (Checks and money orders can be mailed or placed in the drop box at the entrance of the Courthouse.)

Lien Releases can be made over the phone or by mail.
